Job Description:
1. Conduct policy research and market trend analysis for renewable energy
2. Develop solar power projects in target countries and meet company performance targets
3. Build and maintain networks with key partners such as government agencies, power companies, and financial institutions

Qualifications:

1. Market Development Strategy: Develop market entry plans and strategies for target markets based on the company’s overall strategy and market trends.
2. Performance Goals: Collaborate with senior leadership to set and break down annual performance targets, and achieve the sales objectives assigned by the company.
3. Team Building: Build and nurture a high-performing development team, including training, evaluating, and motivating team members.

1. Procurement System Development: Establish and optimize procurement systems, processes, and frameworks.
2. Supplier Negotiation and Cost Analysis: Conduct supplier negotiations, competitive cost analysis, and industry cost research to develop and implement cost reduction and control strategies.
3. Market Research: Perform market research for materials (e.g., modules, inverters, energy storage systems, mounting structures, cables) used in global photovoltaic and energy storage projects, analyzing overseas supply conditions and price trends.
4. Procurement Strategy: Develop and continuously refine procurement and cost-saving strategies based on market dynamics and product categories to adapt to changing market conditions.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with overseas subsidiaries, and marketing, technical, engineering, and finance teams to ensure alignment between procurement models and project timelines.
6. Project Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates for engineering projects.
