The project is situated within the province of Tinh Tay Nin, bordering Cambodia to the west. It comprises a 117-hectare photovoltaic field, a 110KV substation, and a 7-kilometer transmission line, with a total capacity of 100MWp.

The project was contracted at the end of September 2018, and construction officially commenced on October 20th of the same year. With a total installed capacity of 2×50MWp, both the HCG and HTG blocks were constructed simultaneously, sharing a single booster station.

In an extremely short time frame, they achieved the implementation of design, funding, pile supply, major equipment procurement, mobilization of construction equipment, and organization of construction personnel. They strengthened management, prioritized safety, and rigorously controlled quality and progress during project implementation. With the support of PowerChina International Regional Headquarters and the collective efforts of all participating parties, they ultimately achieved the significant milestone of completing the COD of the project ahead of schedule.
