1. Assess Energy Needs:

·How much power do you require daily?

·What's your peak load demand?

2. Evaluate Solar System Output:

Consider regional sunlight and panel specs to estimate daily energy production.

3. Determine Storage Capacity:

·Calculate load power (kW) and discharge time (h).

·Analyze usage patterns. Use a coefficient to estimate required storage.

Charging in mornings and evenings, using power at noon: Coefficient 0.6

Formula:

Storage Capacity = (Annual Energy Consumption / 365) * Coefficient = Daily Energy Consumption * Coefficient

Storage Capacity = (5,000 kWh / 365) * 0.4 = 13.7 kWh/day * 0.4 = 5.5 kWh

Achieve around 60% self-sufficiency and consumption. For higher autonomy, consider increasing storage.

Centralized (containerized) or distributed storage?

5. Consider Efficiency and Lifespan:

Account for system efficiency losses and lifespan decay; allocate a buffer accordingly.
